Som ni har märkt så har det varit ganska tyst här en tid redan. Orsaken är att jag på senaste tiden har funderat mycket på hur jag ska komma vidare med denna blogg, vad jag skall göra med den. På något sätt känns det nämligen fel när jag öppnar bloggen och ser på den. Om det sen är engelskan som gör det är jag inte säker på, men jag tror inte att det är det.

När jag öppnade min andra personliga blogg så var det meningen att jag skulle skriva om innebandyn i denhär bloggen och om resten av livet i den andra. Det har ju då inte lyckats eftersom denhär bloggen mår som den gör. Vill skriva om innebandyn också, men det vill inte bli till något. Inspirationen har på något sätt stagnerat och eftersom jag tycker att en blogg skall uppdateras så gott som dagligen, så går dethär inte längre.

En lösning kunde vara att föra tillbaka mina skriverier till FBC Elits hemsida, såsom Niksu talar ut “krönikan” i början också var. En “juttu” alltid nu och då.

Det tål funderas på.

Jag återkommer med mitt beslut i ett senare skede.

I got a call earlier today. It was someone from the radio. She asked me if it’s okay to do a live interview with me tomorrow about FBC Elit and our game. I don’t like to hear my voice on the radio, but I figured what the hell? It’s not gonna last long, it’s good for the team and it’s live so I don’t have to listen to myself talk.

So tomorrow at 8.40 maybe, tune in to Radio Vega Västnyland, although you don’t have to… BUT then at 18.45 you have to be at Sisu Arena and see our game. That is a MUST!

On thursday we win our first game in this seasons 2nd division, and it’s also a homegame. Hope to see you in Sisu Arena at 18.45.

Tomorrow. SB Vantaa- FBC Elit in Vantaa. We want to win. Don’t miss it.

There’s room for about 20 fans in the ElitBus (joining the players) to Myyrmäki tomorrow. We start at 16.00 from Bio Pallas in Karis. ONLY 5€ for the bus, and according to SB Vantaas website you can enter the game for free. No reservations necessary, just show up at Bio Pallas. The first 20 people who show up at Pallas will get a seat in the bus.

In my honest opinion, we were the better team.  In the first period our forechecking was superb and we won a lot of one-on-one situations. When we got the ball we moved it quickly upwards and created a lot of chances.  The second period was terrible. They scored 3 goals in the first 8 minutes and they had the lead with 4-2. In the third we got our game back and we created good chances and kept them away from our goal, but the same referee who gave us the 5 minute penalty in our first game was at it again. This time we got three 2 min penalties in the last 10 minutes of the game, just when we were starting to get some real momentum and had LoSB hanging by a weak thread. We tried our best in that situation and Arturs actually scored a shorthanded goal in the end, assisted by Aivis. It wasn’t enough though, and we lost 4-3.

LoSB is supposed to be one of the best teams in the division, but I didn’t think they were that good. Next time we play them we win. I’m sure of that. But let’s not get ahead of things, we have to concentrate on our next game. That’s sunday next week in Vantaa against SB Vantaa, which is a really good team. They were in the first division last year but were relegated. Now they’ve found new and hungry players and are really hoping to get back to the first division. I hope we’ll give them a run for their money.

Tomorrow we play our second game in the second division. The game is in Lohja and it’s against LoSB. Their goal this season is to be one of the top two teams in the series,  thus getting to the division 1 qualifications. They actually are a good team but I think we have all the chances in the world. Come and see us will ‘ya? Game starts at 19.00.

We lost our first game this season. After the game we were all kinda bummed cause we all knew we had been the better team. BUT they had a good goalie and we hit the post and crossbar like 6 times during the game.

We started a bit nervously and played badly in the first but we got the hang of it in the second period. After that there was only one team on the court. Unfortunately we didn’t score enought goals and then in the end with 5 minutes to play when it was 5-4 to us, we get a 5 minute penalty and they score 3 goals and win the game. The last one an empty netter. I almost fell down and cried after the buzzer.

Next week we play in Lohja against LoSB. They are ranked as one of the better teams in the division, and we lost a training game against them 5-3 but we didn’t have our best team then. Now we’re gonna have almost our best team, so we have every chance to win them.

We play our first homegame tomorrow at 18.45 at Sisu Arena and we’re hoping for a big turnout so TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND BRING THEM TO SEE THE GAME!!! We need your help to win and it’s always more fun for everyone if there are a lot of people. The more the merrier.
